Fireworks ship on a pallet via freight (Large Semi Truck)
Freight charges are calculated by weight of the order and the destination. Our automatic freight calculator will automatically find the best shipping rate to your location through our network of carriers. If you need assistance with freight or the quote seems out of whack feel free to give us a ring. Transit times are between 1-5 days to most addresses. We will upload tracking information as soon as your order ships.
You'll also see an option of shipping to a terminal, this is a freight carriers hub. They will bring the order out to your vehicle for you to load. Often this option will save you some money over having it delivered directly to you.
The trucking company will contact you before delivery as someone will need to be there to unload the shipment. When the truck shows up for delivery you'll need a liftgate if you do not have a forklift or loading dock. We automatically add liftgates to residential deliveries and they can also be added to business addresses if needed. The driver will use the liftgate to unload your order.
NOTICE: Any damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading before signing it. Any claims should be filed with the trucking company. Victory Fireworks will not be responsible for damaged or shorted product.
